JDRF is an organization
built on the passion and determination
of its volunteers this has been
true since our founding in 1970 by the
parents of children with type 1 diabetes,
who were determined to find a cure for
this disease. This passion is what drives
and directs our volunteer-staff partnership,
making JDRF unique among thousands of
charitable organizations. While many
organizations look to find ways to think
outside the box or develop new
ideas, at JDRF volunteers and staff work
together to forge and implement ideas
designed to speed the path to the cure,
whether it is raising funds or finding
ways to make our research more productive.
So, you may be asking,
