The JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes draws people together in a healthy activity for a worthy cause, raising money to improve the lives of every person affected by Type 1 Diabetes by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. Suiters, a DC Journalist and published author, can be seen on ABC7, PBS, or heard on 99.1.  Kimberly is a lifelong Washingtonian and is participating in the Walk to Cure Diabetes because she cares deeply about her community and finding a cure for type 1 diabetes!
